- Return within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Article must be unused, unwashed, with all original price tags attached.
- Returned article should be in sellable condition upon receiving.

If a return is approved, a discount voucher / credit note will be issued for the amount paid for the returned product.
Important Information
The discount voucher will only include the article value paid. Shipping charges are not included for size changes.
For size changes, the customer pays the return shipping and the shipping charges for the new order.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we will refund your return shipping cost and waive the shipping charges on your replacement order placed using the discount voucher.
